Description:
Global Financial Services Firm seeks Project Manager for its New York office.
Responsibilities:Manage complex IT Infrastructure Projects for a group of clients (both domestic & international) in a demanding environmentWork with Sr. Mgmt to define, develop and maintain program documentation and implement business processes necessary to implement programs and projectsManage third party vendors, multiple high-profile cross-functional teams and strategic programs within or outsideDetermine and track program interdependencies, milestones, deliverables and the financial impact of the program across business unitsIdentify key program objectives, risks, and drivers, and create plans to manage these elementsBuild projects, processes and establish relationshipsRecommend and implement process improvements, policies, and best practices
Qualifications:5+ years of related work experience in Project Management (preferably IT/Financial Services)Proven track record of delivering complex programs in a fast paced technical environment (PLUS - Managing budgets >M)PLUS - Experience building, managing, and leading large teams (>30 people)PLUS - Demonstrated economic and business acumen of the technology impact on business driversAbility to track financial impact of IT projects (costs and benefits)Strong client skillsStrong communication skills with both business and IT executives and staffExperience managing and tracking project budgets and benefitsExperience managing IT Infrastructure ProjectsSix Sigma experienceApplication development backgroundBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field (4397B~)
