Description:
Project Manager wanted for global Financial Services Organization.

Responsibilities:Manage complex IT Infrastructure Projects for a group of clients (both domestic & international)Work with Sr. Mgmt to define, develop and maintain program documentation and implement business processes necessary to implement programs and projectsManage third party vendors, multiple high-profile cross-functional teams and strategic programs within or outside ITDetermine and track program interdependencies, milestones, deliverables and the financial impact of the program across business unitsIdentify key program objectives, risks, and drivers, and create plans to manage these elementsBuild projects, processes and establish relationshipsCommunicate effectively with business leaders and technology stakeholdersRecommend and implement process improvements, policies, and best practices

Qualifications:5+ years of related work experience in the insurance and/or financial services industryProven track record of delivering complex programs in a fast paced technical environment (>M budget)Experience building, managing, and leading large teams (>30 people)Demonstrated economic and business acumen of the technology impact on business driversAbility to track financial impact of IT projects (costs and benefits)Strong communication skills with both business and IT executives and staffExperience managing and tracking project budgets and benefitsExperience managing IT Infrastructure/Data Center projectsApplication development background, Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or other related field, Six Sigma experience preferred (4364B~)
