The company provides customers access to 5 billion searchable documents from more than 35,000 legal, news and business sources.Responsibilities This position is with Applied Discovery, Inc. and is responsible for processing client content. This includes but is not limited to the creation of output files, releasing client content and responding to customer service inquiries.Qualifications - Extremely competent with MS Windows OS - 6-12 months professional experience with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) - 6-12 months professional experience with MS SQL Server (or equivalent) and SQL (Transact or other) - Bachelors degree preferred - Ability to multi-task and work independently with support system of team leads available when needed- Run internally-developed tools - Perform QC of team deliverables - Create and maintain documentation (SOPs, WINs, Knowledgebase articles) - Use pre-created T-SQL scripts within MS Query Analyzer - Create and deliver standard and custom client-facing reports - Create custom T-SQL queries and perform basic data-mining in an MS SQL Server environment - Investigate and troubleshoot native-format files such as PDF, XLS, DOC, TXT, PST, etc. - Investigate and report on data within a database - Run Automated Test scripts from standard AT software - Communicate with other groups and internal customers within the organization - Complete tasks and fulfill requests with strict turnaround timesOther Information Closing Statement LexisNexis employs over 13,000 people in more than 20 countries who serve customers in more than 100 countries.
