Direct the atVantage product roadmap and manage feature sets to assure product superiority in the market place.Qualifications 1. Ability to develop deliverables, schedule 2. Ability to acquire and manage resources directly and through influence. 3. Ability to use project management software tools (e.g.; MS Office, MS Project, Visio etc.) 4. 5- 7 years experience in the development of strategic marketing/product plans and programs or projects. 5. Completion of two to five project/product management assignments. 6. Broad knowledge of products, segments and businesses of the of client development in professional services. 7. Five to ten years in functional or project management. 8. Familiarity with professional services markets use of information and data in marketing and business development. 1. Create and manage product and new business plans often interacting on a cross-functional level. This includes accountability for developing product plans/business cases, and detailed functional requirements, addressing segment specific products and features/functions. 2. Identify, develop and manage contractual, technical and consulting relationships with strategic partners and providers, industry groups, internal/external customers, consultants, subsidiaries, other Reed Elsevier companies. 3. Direct and/or participate in financial, market, and behavioral analyses related to product offerings (e.g. market sizing, product potential sizing, market trends and drivers analysis, SWOT) 4. Educate the sales organization and other personnel on existing/potential needs of customers including the competitive arena to improve the effectiveness in serving customer segment to increase revenue. 5. Lead the go to market process of a new product and work with the marketing functions to develop applications for literature/training, sales roll out materials and customer presentations. 6. Provide day-to-day direction and performance feedback to team members. Conduct all necessary activities to build and develop an effective team. 7. Lead the team through execution of the project, delivering results based on pre-defined project success measures (i.e.; budget, schedule, functionality, quality, and profit). Make resource tradeoffs within the scope of the project. Resolve schedule, functionality, quality, and resource issues through negotiation and rapid escalation processes. Report progress to the product lead. 8.
