Prestigous Firm in Connecticut seeks entry level IP Assistant
Prestigious firm in Stamford, CT seeks an entry level IP Assistant for a temp to perm position ASAP. Duties will include: Handle processing of conflict submissions, engagement letters, and processing of new matters through LegalKey. Support/manage IP files, including retrieval/filing of files in appropriate locations, entering of correspondence/Patent office materials into files, etc. Support/manage outgoing correspondence, including substantial email correspondence to clients, foreign associates, and Patent Office. Day-to-day support of IP attorneys and paralegal in completing various projects.
