Prestigious Law Firm Seeks Skilled Litigation Legal Assistant - $65-70K

Leading law firm needs a highly skilled and resourceful Litigation Legal Assistant/Secretary to work in their renowned Manhattan firm. A proactive individual with great follow-up skills will be a great asset to the professional group to assist with a high caliber of work projects. In this corporate environment, you should demonstrate a strong sense of urgency when working independently on short and long term assignments. General responsibilities include quickly preparing and proofing litigation documents, maintaining up-to-date client contact files, coordinating business meetings, and assisting with related legal projects.

 

Required qualifications:

-5+ years of litigation experience at a major law firm. Stable work history is needed.

-Superior written and verbal communication skills.

-Positive and professional demeanor.

-Fantastic organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

-Proficiency in all MS Office applications - including Styles, iManage and/or PCDocs is a huge plus
