Payroll Supervisor

The Firm seeks a full  time Payroll Supervisor for the Administration area located in White Plains, NY. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Supervise payroll coordinator(s)Work closely with HRIS counterpart to ensure proper entry of all employee information. Work closely with Office Administrators to ensure receipt and proper entry of all payroll information. Process semi-monthly time sheet data Verify all payroll deductions from the HRIS system. Manage employee payroll information records Research and resolve employee questions regarding payroll issues Manage leave administration, including FMLA, STD, LTD and WCVerify multi-state payroll taxes Manage Wage Garnishment Processing Reconcile General Ledger payroll and tax accounts Manage Audit issues Process Employment verification requests Create, produce and distribute management reports, as necessary using ReportSmith

The successful candidate works independently and collaboratively, is an organized, multi-tasking, detail-oriented team-player, proficient in MS Excel and Word, ADP-PCPW and ReportSmith, possesses excellent confidentiality, communication and follow-up skills, a bachelor's degree in a related discipline and at least 5 years multi-state payroll experience.
