Patent Prosecution Secretary
Experienced Patent Prosecution Secretary needed for well-known San Diego law firm!
Responsibilities will include:Filing and prosecution of patent applicationsProducing correspondence, reports, and memoranda from dictation, drafts, and handwritten or oral instructionsPreparing billing statements and timenotesScheduling appointments.
Must have at least 2 years previous patent legal experience with the preparation of formal documents for PTO intellectual property procedures and requirements, and the maintenance of U.S. Patent Prosecution case files.
Looking for motivated candidates with excellent written and oral communication skills. Must be extremely detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
