Patent Prosecution Attorney (Temp to Perm)
7 attorney boutique firm located in Livingston, New Jersey is seeking a temporary patent prosecution attorney with at least 3 years experience and a background in either electrical, computer or telecom. The job would last at least 2 months, possibly longer, and there is the possibility of perm down the line if the firm is happy with the candidate's work, and the firm continues to stay busy. NY or NJ bar is ok, but NJ bar is preferred. The firm's clients are mostly larger corporations, and 95% of their business is in patent prosecution. The job would entail a lot of writing, and client would like to see a patent prosecution writing sample from the candidate.
