Location: Telecommute Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend We are seeking an experienced Patent Attorney, with at least five years of experience, to assist our client, a growing, Canada-based, leading technology innovation and licensing company!  Responsibilities would include assisting the GC with managing some of our client's patent litigation matters.  The case matters involve wireless patents, and strong patent litigation management experience is required.Also, experience with electrical engineering is necessary.  This is a long-term, contractual position, and it is on a full-time basis.  Travel to Ottawa will be required from time to time.  There are no restricitions as to U.S. residence!Requirements include: Admittance to practice law in within the United States or Canada;  5 or more years patent litigation experience; and The ability to commit to the duration of the project.
