Patent Agent

A prestigious corporation is looking for a Patent Agent.  Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in intellectual property matters.  Master’s degree in science or engineering is preferred.  Must be registered before the USPTO.  Prior experience in patent drafting and prosecution is needed.  Oil and gas experience is helpful.  This position will be responsible for evaluating invention record submissions, drafting and filing patent applications, preparing responses to USPTO, managing IP portfolio, and various other tasks.
