Part Time Paralegal for PI & Business Litigation Firm

Paralegal

Solo practitioner in Scottsdale seeks qualified experienced paralegal to help with all facets of handling personal injury and business litigation files. 

 

 Job responsibilities include:

·          meeting with clients

·          ordering records

·          summarizing records

·          conducting legal research

·          drafting pleadings and motions

·          Client contact and follow up

·          contacts with experts

·          preparing settlement packages

·          investigation of facts and parties

·          calendaring

·          Assisting attorney in all facets of handling litigation and non-litigation files.

 

Personal injury experience is required.

 

This part time position will likely turn into a full-time position after probationary period.  Will work from office most of the time but may work from home depending on projects. 

 

Salary DOE. 

 

Great location and atmosphere across the street from Kierland Commons shopping and restaurants at Scottsdale Rd. and Greenway Parkway.
