Well respected IP firm is looking for an entry-level paralegal to learn & perform the following duties, handle senior partner docket, e-filing and paper-filing new applications and other PTO papers, extensive client correspondence, database searching, docket-checking and checking the filings of other staff prior to submission to the PTO.Hours are 9-5:30. Must have 1 year of experience in Patent Prosecution with a law firm.
