Paralegal-Immigration
Lowenstein Sandler is seeking an Immigration Paralegal for its NYC office.
Essential responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Work with a team of attorneys and paralegals on employment-based immigration matters, including H, E, J and L non-immigrant visas, and adjustment of status and immigrant visa applications;
• Manage documents and files;
• Calendar and monitor key dates and deadlines.
Experience Required
• 1-3 years of immigration experience relating to work and corporate type visas required (i.e. H, E, I and O immigration applications);
• Bachelor's Degree or Paralegal certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus;
• Ability to work independently and work well with others;
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail are critical;
• Excellent communication and writing skills are important;
• Ability to learn quickly is essential.
