Paralegal- Corporate Transactional Practice- to 70k!

A large DC law firm is eager to interview experienced paralegal candidates for their corporate transactional practice.  Responsibilities of this position will include assisting with all aspects of asset and stock purchases, mergers and corporate finance and real estate closings, including drafting closing documents and checklists and preparing closing books.  In this role, you will also be responsible for researching filings with local and federal authorities, performing lien and court searches, coordinating closings and attending to post-closing matters, organizing and maintaining incorporations, and preparing UCC filings and foreign qualifications.  Ideal candidates should be degreed with at least two to five years of experience, if not more.  Candidates without degrees will be considered.  Special consideration will be given to candidates with top communication and organizational skills who have an ability to work independently and with a team.  If you are interested, qualified, and excited about this unique opportunity, then email your resume today to traklegal.info@traklegal.com !
