Paralegal

Paralegal in small Belltown Seattle firm with busy plaintiffs’ litigation practice. Responsible for all phases of plaintiff litigation from intake to trial in the practice areas of medical malpractice, premises liability, product liability and other major personal injuries.

Tasks include client contact, case evaluation, case management, research, draft pleadings, discovery requests and correspondence, document production, database/spreadsheet work, maintaining case software programs. Ability to work with complex, document intensive cases a must, as is ability to creatively work under time pressure.

Qualifications:

-Minimum 5 years experience as a paralegal in personal injury litigation.

-Experience in med. mal. a plus.

-Mature.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Superior interpersonal skills and an empathetic disposition are essential for client contact.
