Duties include performing a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contract administration for a department or division, reviewing business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tool. Will prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities as required, as well as conduct research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys. Preparation of correspondence also required.
