PARALEGAL - CALL (425) 451-9776 Description: Do you have Paralegal experience in a fast-paced, corporate environment? If so, we have exciting opportunities for individuals with the ability to provide legal assistance to corporate attorneys. Duties include performing a variety of complex administrative projects, with an emphasis on contract administration for a department or division, reviewing business contracts for data to be extracted, formatted and entered into business tool. Will prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities as required, as well as conduct research on projects as directed by corporate attorneys. Preparation of correspondence also required.
