Outside Sales / Account Manager - Sales to Legal Industry

The Litigation Support Account Manager will call on law firms and legal departments within corporations to generate litigation discovery related service business from new clients. He or she must be capable of selling and managing projects relating to electronic discovery, printing, and imaging services. The Account Manager will be responsible for prospecting, outside sales calls, professional presentations, account management, and maintain high standards of customer focus, customer service and general follow-up interaction.

 

Job Description:

  The Litigation Support Account Manager is expected to make phone calls daily to set new appointments, effectively follow-up and manage ongoing projects for clients. Face to face sales calls Job pick-ups/assessments and deliveries Lead presentations on electronic discovery services to clients including TIFF conversion services, text and metadata extraction services, hosting and review solutions Be proficient at demonstrating our proprietary on-line review tool Collect on all sales generated by your firms Accurately input client information into CRM database Meet requirements and activity goals Participate in weekly sales meetings
