Office Coordinator - Law Firm
O'Melveny & Myers, an international law firm with 13 offices, is currently seeking an Office Coordinator for its Washington, DC office.Job Responsibilities: Highly analytical self-starter needed to support many functions (Office Administration, Human Resources, Client Development) of fast-paced Washington, DC office. Position will have high level of responsibility while also providing administrative assistance such as answering and screening calls; event planning; and multi-tasking in a demanding yet rewarding environment. Job Requirements: Must have experience and interest in all phases of project coordination; advanced knowledge of Office 2000 software applications such as Excel and PowerPoint; strong sense of propriety and confidentiality; appreciation for and sensitivity to strong vendor relations. Must be highly organized and accustomed to being productive in a team environment. Prior law firm, human resources, and administrative experience highly desirable. Event planning experience necessary. Flexibility to work overtime is necessary.
