Manager - Position and Transaction Data

Description:
Manager - Position and Transaction Data needed for global Investment Banks to coordinate and substantial shareholder notices and similar regulatory filings, and to assist in the administration of group-wide position reporting policies. You will collect and manage large volumes of position and transaction data from the various trading and reporting systems, and play an important role in ensuring that information submitted to industry regulators and executives is accurate, timely and well-presented.

Responsibilities:Daily monitoring and timely and accurate reporting of the equity positions in the AmericasCompiling substantial shareholder and other similar regulatory noticesLiaise closely with both business compliance and legal compliance teams to investigate any significant movements or complex transactionsLiaise with Information Systems team to assist with enhancements and new systems developmentProvide administrative and some technical support for existing systemsAssist in administration of group wide position reporting policies

Qualifications:Experience as a Compliance Executive, Research Assistant or Team Assistant in an investment bank with a desire to move into a compliance careerExperience collecting, managing and validating the accuracy of transactional dataExperience with regulatory filing, or compiling financial reportsAble to work under pressure and have attention to detail when meeting short deadlinesMust be able to communicate clearly verbally and be confident in liaising with people at all levels across the organizationStrong written communication skills for report writing and analysisProficiency in Excel & Word (4439B~)
