Manager - Contract Manager

Description:
Contract Manager needed to draft and review all contract documentation, negotiate legal and business terms, ensure that all contracts comply with internal legal and business standard operating procedures, and facilitate the execution and safekeeping of final documentation.

In addition, Contract Managers are also responsible to ensure that all pertinent data is accurate and complete in the company's Contracts Online database.

Finally, other general responsibilities include working closely with the Legal, Finance, Risk Management, Operations and Compliance organizations to ensure that corporate contracts accurately incorporate the internal policies and participating in formation and implementation of process improvement projects.

Qualifications:3+ years of work experience involving contract. drafting and negotiation in a corporate setting or a private transactional legal practiceExcellent knowledge of contracts and negotiation strategiesPrior Contract Management or corporate Paralegal experience is a plusExcellent written and oral communication skills along with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external constituencies to drive business resultsBackground in commercial credit cards is preferredJD preferred; admitted to New York Bar (4427B~)
