Litigation Secretary for FANTASTIC Century City Firm
***FANTASTIC LARGE CENTURY CITY FIRM SEEKS
LITIGATION SECRETARY FOR 2 PARTNERS***
THIS IS ONE OF THE FIRMS THAT TOP NOTCH SECRETARIES ARE ALWAYS
TELLING ME THAT THEY WANT TO WORK FOR!
Excellent Firm with a phenomenal reputation for having both top attorneys AND a great working environment, benefits and salary. The firm is seeking a litigation secretary to support two partners and an associate. The present secretary has been with the firm for many years, but is relocating to the East Coast and she will be remaining with the firm in their East Coast office. The secretary being replaced is known as being in a very visible role for two rainmaking partners and is the "go to" person at the firm for litigation issues. Thus, they are seeking an equally wonderful secretary!
This is a top notch firm with very few openings - a great opportunity for a smart focused litigation secretary who values a great working environment, top attorneys and a welcoming firm that seems like a home for most employees, which is unique for a large firm.
Please submit resume to david@rhumblinelegal.com . All resumes will be held in the strictest of confidence.
Requirements
7+ years experience as a litigation secretary Good resume stability Excellent knowledge of state and federal filing requirements and other Rules of Civil Procedure relevant to a litigation secretary's duties Good attitude :) Team Player
