Litigation Secretary (Westside)

Stable, reputable mid-size law firm on Westside is seeking a temp-to-permanent litigation secretary with the following experience and qualifications: 1) At least 5 years of litigation secretarial experience 2) Can handle a heavy desk with 3 senior attorneys. 3) Can handle daily filings. 4) Keeps a clean desk and takes care of filing daily. 5) Experience with document managing systems (they use Interwoven/Filesite/iManage). 6) Experience with time/billing systems (we use ProLaw). 7) Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. 8) Great attitude, flexible, energetic, great team player.
