The Chair of the firm's National Trial Team for emerging Chemical Ltigation seeks a mid-level attorney who understands complex commercial litigation. Attorney will be responsible for managing all discovery across the country within Firm's client base. This position is complex and essential to the success of the Department. The Chair and attorney will work closely to manage National Litigation.The Department's Chair is aggressively building this national practice. This attorney will the be The Chairs right hand person and 2nd in charge of group. Attorney is to be groomed as partner. Upward movement in the firm is in the hands of the attorney. There is no requirement to sit for DE Bar, but should be ammenable in 3 or so years if necessary. Strong credential are required.
