Growing Orange County retail and commercial collection law firm seeksÂ litigation attorney. Experience in collection law a plus.

ResponsibilitiesÂ include, but are notÂ limited to,Â drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and responding to motions, court appearances and trials.

Practice includes the representation of credit grantors and debt buyers in both collection of debts and defense of FDCPA and FCRA and their state law equivalents.

Must be detail oriented and able to handle a fast paced desk.
