North Dallas AV rated litigation firm is seeking one experienced litigation attorney with minimum 7 years of experience in civil litigation. We are an established firm with a practice that specializes in complex business litigation, insurance coverage, bad faith, wrongful death, transportation, staff leasing, employment and ERISA matters.  We practice in Federal and State courts throughout Texas. We are looking for lawyers who have the following attributes: • Strong academic history.• Superior legal research and analytical skills.• Strong writing skills with experience composing discovery, correspondence, motions, briefs and pleadings. • Compelling and articulate speakers with strong communication skills. • Proficient with Westlaw and Microsoft Office products. • Employment experience with a quality law firm (large or small).• Deposition and trial experience.• Experience working on a docket with multiple cases. • Self-starter. Assertively take on challenging responsibilities and be accountable for results and performance.• Possess ethical integrity necessary to handle extremely confidential and sensitive client matters.• Achieve positive, concrete results through hard work and perseverance. • Self-motivated.
