**Legal Word Processors**

Well-respected downtown Los Angeles international law firm is seeking a few legal word processors on a temporary and temp-to-hire basis. These are short as welll as long term engagements. The ideal candidates will have experience with transcriptions; revising legal documents; creating and updating tables; TOC/TOA and converting/revising and mainpulating varied and complex litigation as well as transactional documents.General Requirements:(1) Type at least 75 wpm;(2) Possess at least 5 years of solid word processing experience at a mid-sized to large law firm; (3) Must possess proficiency in Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP/Styles (knowledge of Excel is a plus);(4) Ability to meet deadlines and work independently;(5) Excellent verbal and written communication skills;(6) Good work ethic and “team player” attitude;(7) Excellent references;(8) Currently reside in Los Angeles, California; (9) Immediate availability;(10) Ability to work at least 40 hours per week.(11) Multiple shifts avsailable (day,mid day, evening, grave yards and weekends).This client is in the process of centralizing their worldwide operations for word processing support. Immediate need for multiple contract word processors.
