Legal Support Center Analyst (Downtown LA)
International firm in Downtown LA seeks Support Center Analyst for 4:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.shift, Tuesday - Saturday . This is a support role with the primary responsibility of providing the highest quality support possible as the First Point of Contact support to our customer constituencies. This position will be responsible for troubleshooting customer problems/issues utilizing standard tools, including FootPrints ticket tracking system and SMS Remote Control. Efficiently identify customer problems/issues which can be addressed by Tier 1 support groups. Perform effectively as a first level technical resource to resolve software and basic hardware related problems. Provide other technical support services within own area of expertise. Qualifications: Knowledge of ticket tracking and knowledge base software, such as FootPrints desired. Should be well versed in the use of standard desktop applications and have the ability to synthesize this knowledge and apply it when troubleshooting non-standard/non-familiar software. Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and customer service skills. Education/Experience: Experience troubleshooting Microsoft Office desktop applications, Microsoft Operating Systems, basic desktop, laptop, and printer hardware issues. Four year college degree preferred or equivalent experience. Law Firm experience a plus. Excellent benefits. Salary is up to 55k.
