We currently have the following openings for legal staff.  We are recruiters who have personally worked in law firms for over 30 years.  We are retained by the best law firms in the area for their recruiting needs.  Firms pay our fees to find the best professionals in the area.  We have offices in both Tampa and St Pete.

TAMPA

Legal Secretary - insurance defense experience (2+ years); transcription, scheduling, communicating with clients. Firm will pay 40K, paid parking, health, dental, life, disability and 401K.  Flexible hours, ie; 8 to 4; 8:30 to 5:30 or 9 to 5

Paralegal - insurance defense experience - medical malpractice preferred.  Draft pleadings, answer and organize discovery, prepare for trials.  Firm will pay up to 50K, plus bonus, includes paid parking, health, dental, life, disability and 401K.

Paralegal - insurance defense - property damage preferred, ie; sink holes, hurrican damage.  Draft pleadings, answer and organize discovery, prepare for trials. Firm will pay up to 50K, plus bonus, includes paid parking, health, inexpensive family coverage, dental, life, disability and 401K.  If you can't work overtime, don't worry, firm has plenty of employees who can cover for you.  generous paid time off package

Paralegal - litigation - draft pleadings, manage discovery, prepare for trials.  Firm will pay up to 50K, plus bonus, includes paid parking, health, dental, life, disability and 401K.  Generous paid time off package.

Paralegal - litigation - Westshore area.  Draft pleadings, manage discovery, prepare for trials.  Firm will pay up to 55K, plus bonus, includes paid parking, health, dental, life, disability, 401K and profit sharing.  Lots of Paid time off.

Billing clerk - handle billing for this law firm.  Edit attorney time entries, rates, and descriptions. Pay up to 35K with super benefits.

 

Clearwater

Paralegal - litigation - draft pleadings, manage discovery, prepare for trials.  Firm will pay mid to upper 40's.  Paid parking, health and other benefits.  Work hours 35 hours per week.  Limited overtime.

St. Petersburg

Litigation legal assistant - dictation, scheduling, drafting simple pleadings.  Firm will pay 40 to 45K with great benefit package.

Paralegal - personal injury - handle discovery, draft pleadings, prepare for mediations and trials.  Firm will pay 40 to 45K with great benefit package.

Legal Assistant - personal injury - pre - lit - up to and including demand.  Great pay with awesome benefits.  Leave early on Fridays.

Office Services clerk - bilingual position; handle mail, faxes and copies.  Must be able to lift boxes.Pay up to $12 per hour. Plus all paid benefits.
