Great opportunity for the right candidate to work for a small law firm located in Aliso Viejo, specializing in homeowners association law. Applicant must have recent law office experience and enjoy the following:
Answering and directing calls with a pleasant and helpful attitude; Heavy word processing of letters and documents from digital dictation using WordPerfect; Editing and proofreading documents with an eye for details and proper grammar; General knowledge of legal office protocol; Accurate and fast typing speed; Faxing, filing, scanning, and copy projects; Updating legal handbooks; Assisting where needed with a "can do" attitude, and must be able to get along with others in a small group environment.
