Legal Secretary (Philadelphia)
Stevens & Lee, a Law & Professional services firm is looking for a permanent, full-time (40 hours per/week, M-F, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM) secretary for its Philadelphia office working with multiple Bankruptcy attorneys. Excellent secretarial skills are required and Bankruptcy or Litigation experience is a plus. Must possess a Bachelor's degree and/or relevant work experience. In addition to general secretarial duties (travel arrangements, expense reports, scheduling, receptionist relief, etc.) this team member must be willing and able to organize and maintain a large volume of case files in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Microsoft Word XP, Excel and Outlook is required; knowledge of DeskSite is a plus. We offer a competitive salary and an excellent benefit package.
