Legal Secretary/Paralegal - Commercial Real Estate

Law firm with offices in Franklin and Medfield, Massachusetts seeks a Legal Secretary in its Franklin office.  The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, excellent word processing skills, an aptitude for working with numbers, be self-motivated, able to work independently and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a necessity.  This position requires working directly with a partner on a daily basis and frequent contact with clients.  A minimum of five (5) years legal office experience preferred.  The ideal candidate will have experience working with Commercial Real Estate transactions.  Some Estate Planning knowledge would be helpful.  Applicants must be proficient working with Word, Excel and Outlook.
