Location: Job location not providedYour location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend   Legal Secretary - Intellectual Property Legal Executive Assistant to a top Partner.Responsibilities include transcribing, typing, editing and proofreading of documents, photocopying, faxing and document distribution. Individual will maintain mail, answer telephones and direct calls, and act as liaison between attorney and clients, both on the phone and in-person. Maintain schedule and arrange meetings. Responsible for billing, expense reports, etc. according to established accounting guidelines. Must have strong sense of confidentiality and ability to exercise sound judgment .Position requires a minimum of 5 plus years of legal secretarial experience working for a high-level executive. Candidate must possess very strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills, be highly detail-oriented and have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage workload. Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Word for Windows and PowerPoint required. OT flexibility. Salary to 75K w/ top benefits that start day 1 of employment!
