Legal Secretary- Executive Assistant
Mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced Lead Legal Secretary/Executive Assistant. This position will be the primary secretary for the firms Partner and one mid-level associate and will require a minimum of 5 years litigation experience.
Other duties may include:
Coordinated the work and reassigned secretaries when a secretary was absent (sick, vacation or extended leaves of absence).
Coordinated with the administrator when a temp was needed.
Assisted the administrator in reviewing workload issues, personality conflicts and possible reassignments.
Trained the temps and new secretaries.
