Call 408-392-0506Description: Wonderful law firm in downtown San Jose is looking for a dynamic Legal Secretary with 5-7 years of civil litigation experience. In this great temp-to-hire, 35 hour per week position, you will support 2-3 attorneys with correspondence, court documents, transcription using a digital tool, and entering the attorney's time, among other administrative/support related duties as needed. Requirements: This position requires exceptional MS Word skills, previous work with depositions, filing court documents via eFiling, experience with GroupWise (preferred, but Outlook is acceptable), as well as electronic attorney timekeeping; typing speed of 60-70 wpm accurately, and knowledge of legal terminology.
