Description:
Legal Secretary-Assistant needed for leading Investment Bank. You will be responsible for maintaining corporate records, heavy correspondence, filing and scheduling. Superior organizational skills and follow through are needed for this position, which will lead to various special projects and work cross functionally across our organization. Heavy travel and calendar experience a must.

Successful candidates should have prior experience as a legal assistant, strong communication skills, and computer proficiency (MS Word and Excel). Previous corporate law experience or financial industry experience is preferred. Generous pay/benefits package and work environment committed to professional growth.
