Legal Records Specialist - National Law Firm - TOP SALARY!

A large national law firm with over 600 attorneys is recruiting for a Legal Records Specialist in their Northern Virginia location.  The Legal Records Specialist will play an integral role in the management of information for the firm.  The Specialist will perform records management functions by ensuring compliance with legal requirements affecting retention, dissemination, access, and storage of information with a strong emphasis on service attitude and responsiveness.  This position will create, convert, search for, locate, file and process hardcopy records and other work product generated within the firm and received from external sources utilizing the firm’s automated records management system where applicable.  Other duties include process, handle, shelve, pull and assist with the oversight of boxes containing client materials maintained in the firm’s off-site warehouse facility. Candidates should have a minimum of one year of law firm records management experience.  College degree is preferred.  Experience using an automated records management system (FileSurf, LegalKEY, etc.) is required.  Excellent customer service attitude is needed for this position.  The salary for this position is based on experience and for the right candidate can pay up to the 42k.  This law firm offers overtime, opportunity for growth and wonderful benefits.  The office is located in Reston, VA.  Send us your resume today and take the next step in your law firm career!  Resumes should be sent to resumes@trakrecordsandlibrary.com !
