Details Our client is seeking to hire an intermediate/Senior Legal Administrative Assistant to work with a senior partner and an associate in the firm’s Insurance Law practice. Experience in life, accident and/or disability insurance needed. Duties include, opening/closing files, preparing legal correspondence, document revisions, chambers applications, managing bring forward system and court diary, maintaining file organization and general administrative duties (eg. time entry & billing).
Qualifications:
The preferred candidate should have the following:
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Experience with Divorce Mate would be an asset
