Legal File Clerk/Receptionist
We are a eight attorney civil litigation firm located by Mission Viejo Hospital/Kaleidoscope Mall. We are looking for a receptionist and file clerk.Â
This is a part-time position and you will be responsible for answering phones, file organization and management as well as general office duties (including but not limited to sending faxes, distributing incoming faxes, making copies, greeting clients, etc.); preparing files for court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation; indexing; preparation of files to be sent to off-site storage and/or retrieval of same.Â

The ideal candidate would possess extensive experience with civil litigation filing along with being friendly, extremely organized, an excellent communicator, a team-player, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task and work under minimal supervision. Computer literacy required (MS Word).Â
