Legal Administrator/Office Coordinator Excellent opportunity to come on board with a growing law firm in West Palm Beach. We are looking for a strong Legal Administrator/Office Coordinator to support two (2) partners in growing firm. Will be responsible for assisting partners with creating and editing complex transaction documents. ADVANCED Microsoft Word skills are required along with solid PowerPoint to assist with presentations. Administrative duties will include telephone coverage, travel arrangements, client billing, time entry, calendaring, copying, ordering office supplies, and addressing building issues with Property Manager.  Will also oversee accounts payable and handling invoices to ensure they have been processed and paid. Must be able to work independently and have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.   Must have a minimum of three (3) years working in a large law firm setting and experience in corporate transactions. Position offers room for advancement Will have support from Miami office as well as ongoing in-house training. Hours are 9-5:30 Monday -Friday with flexibility for overtime. Â
