LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / EXECUTIVE SECRETARY - BUCKS COUNTYBucks County company needs a polished, articulate, and experienced Legal Assistant / Executive Secretary. This is an exciting opportunity with a global company that has facilities in the United States and Europe. Do you have at least five (5) years of experience as a legal assistant or executive secretary in a law firm or corporate law department?Have you worked in challenging, fast-paced environments in which time management was a key component of your success?Are you proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook?Do you have a stable work history?If you answered yes to these questions, we would like to speak with you at your earliest convenience. If you are offered this challenging position, your duties will include:Providing direct support to the Chief Legal Officer and Assistant General Counsel. Assisting with preparation of legal documents; managing legal files and departmental records; reviewing legal bills and monitoring related budget.Maintaining department calendar, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.Answering, screening, and directing incoming telephone inquiries; greeting visitors and guests.Composing, typing, and editing correspondence; preparing presentations; creating and distributing reports.Coordinating interdepartmental projects.
