Bachelors degree or equivalent experience 2. 1 - 2 years of professional business sales experience with a proven track record generating and developing qualified sales 3. Strong new business prospecting skills including but not limited to cold calling, networking, and negotiation 4.Some industry knowledge and the ability to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of LN products and services 5. Understanding and expertise in computer hardware and software including Windows XP, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Contact Management systems, Sales Force Automation Tools, CRM (Siebel 7.8) and the internet. 6. Strong oral and written communication skills as well as presentation skills 7. Strong time management 8. Must be able to sit and be on the phone for long periods up to 6 hours a day.Accountabilities: The Lead Generations Specialist will be responsible for generating opportunities within a pre-defined set of guidelines and sourced through multiple marketing communication channels. Placing outbound telephone calls to prospective customers to identify decision makers and opportunities. 2. Fielding inbound calls from prospective customers generated from targeted marketing programs. 3. Research and qualify new business opportunities in accordance to approved Sales management guidelines. 4. Proactively track and measure revenue contribution, close rate levels and lead quality. 5. Track leads sent from all sources including but not limited to direct mail campaigns, inbound and outbound calling, marketing, new sales group, special events, trade shows, and company web sites". 6. Become proficient and diligent in managing the ?Closed Loop Process? from end to end. 7. Participate in self-learning and group learning programs to acquire knowledge of the Risk industries, products and prospective. 8.
