LITIGATION SECRETARY - For Named Partner at National Firm - to $72,000 (Los Angeles (Century City))
National law firm with offices in Los Angeles seeks an experienced litigation secretary.
This is a high profile desk for a litigation partner. The ideal candidate has mid-large size law firm experience, a stable work history, very personable and good client & phone skills, high energy. You will work for two partners and an associate.
Knowledge and experience with State Court filing rules. Knowledge of E-Filing. Microsoft Word proficient.
Duties: Include filing correspondence and legal pleadings, filing documents in State and Federal Courts, maintaining case files and working files. Administrative tasks include time entry, expense reporting. Must be familiar with table of authorities and table of contents.
