ProStaff is looking for someone with the following qualifications:1. 5-7 years admin experience specifically in a legal environment (firm or Corporate OK); the hiring manager would preferably like to see someone with 15+ years total admin experience Strong computer skills ? Excel (creating spreadsheets from scratch, formatting columns/rows, creating charts/graphs, create simple formulas), Outlook (scheduling meetings, sending out invites, maintaining calendars, experience using flags, coloring features, reminders, etc.), Word (experience with mail merges, formatting legal documents and letters, creating table of contents). Some PowerPoint is helpful.2. Strong organizational skills3. Excellent telephone etiquette4. Maintain professionalism under stressful situationsIn addition, please note the work week. Monday-Thursday 8:30 am ? 5:00 pm and Fridays from 8:30 am ? 4:00 pmQualifications:Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); five to seven years related legal administrative or paralegal support experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with vendors and associates from corporate office. Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills are required.Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense and good judgment.
