Experience with Excel, ACCESS, and at least 2-3 years experience within patent and trademark docketing is required. It is not necessary that this experience be obtained within a docket department. General IP docketing within A paralegal certificate is not a requirement, but preferred. Salary is negotiable and based on experience.
