JUNIOR LEGAL SECRETARY

Silicon Valley office of global firm is seeking to hire a full-time billing coordinator to act as lead biller and ensure goals and objectives of billing accountants are met.  Primary responsibilities include:

 

·Provide accurate and timely completion of assignments and inquiry responses; 

·Ensure that all tasks and duties completed are done within the firm’s set guidelines and policies;

·Provide project analyses using Elite for reports;

·Prepare and analyze complex client billing; 

·Act as liaison between billing attorneys, customers and billing staff;

·Respond to internal and external inquiries in a timely manner;

·Generate and review Proformas from Elite; 

·Assist with year-end closing and reporting as required.

 

Generally, position requires the following:

(1) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field preferred;
(2) Four (4) years experience in accounting practices desired;
(3) Prior experience with Elite Billing system preferred;

(4) Knowledge and proficiency in PC Applications, including spreadsheet software and operations;

(5) Ability to work in a team environment with customer service focus.

 



Salary Is Up To $75K plus Excellent Benefits!!
