Job Description:

Scanning of entire firm on a weekly basis utilizing hand-held device during nighttime shift and weekends.

Key Accountabilities:Main responsibility is to scan and inventory documents and files within the entire firmUpdate Legal key by using remote utility after completion of the inventory of each floor, or if the scanner reaches 500 - 1000 filesPrint out scanned items and review list for accuracyPro active to correct errors and must determine which files were not scanned properly and/or create bar-code as needed

Key Competencies Required:Must be able to lift heavy items and boxes weighing up to 40lbs or moreBe able to bend and lift boxes and filesComprehension of Legal key, Outlook and WordAbility to work independentlyMust possess accurate knowledge of Alphanumeric filing systemFlexible and able to work  the night shift and on weekendsDependable individual who possess a pleasant demeanor and professional attitude
