Successful candidate will have 3+ years of IP experience in a medium to large sized firm. Candidate must have: Candidate must have the ability to work in an organized, efficient manner with minimal supervision. Exceptional computer skills, including Word XP, Lexis-Nexis and Internet. Experience with IP docketing, electronic patent, electronic trademark searches, and trademark filings is required. Excellent organizational problem-solving, and analytical skills.  Strong time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in fast paced environment.
