Delegate and lead problem resolution efforts to ensure product quality and product integrity. 2. Implement, project manage and participate in in-house, outsourced or company-wide projects, while ensureing product quality and prduct integrity. 3. Create and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers. 4. Provide learning and understanding of product knowledge, customer requirements, and outsourcing efforts to analysts. 5. Assume proactive role in determining customer requirements. 6. Communicate effectively internally on status of builds and projects in progress. 7. Monitor progress of builds and projects and intiate correctve action as appropriate. 8.
