Job Description:

The Chicago office is seeking an Information Security Senior Manager who will be responsible for defining and obtaining agreement on all security policies, recommending security hardware/software solutions and overseeing their implementation, performing security procedures including security incident management and security testing.  This position will lead a team that operates all security devices.  Other responsibilities include: develop and maintain a strong relationship with all teams but especially the Firm’s Risk Management team as well as the IT Operations team; provide input to the overall IT program managed by the CR/BA team on security directions and improvements.

The ideal candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to effectively lead high-performing teams.  Prior management experience is required, as well as successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.  Candidates must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
